Why MA Master Partner Exists
As Mind Armour training is delivered more widely, new challenges emerge:
-
maintaining consistency across delivery
-
ensuring boundaries and scope remain clear
-
supporting mentors as responsibility increases
-
protecting the integrity of the work
Without structure and oversight, even well-intentioned programmes can lose clarity.
MA Master Partner exists to provide ongoing support, guidance and accountability, ensuring Mind Armour principles are applied as intended — across organisations, teams and communities.
What MA Master Partner is Not
MA Master Parner is not:
-
a licence to deliver without oversight
-
a quick route to scale
-
a one-size-fits-all package
-
a replacement for professional responsibility
It is a considered partnership designed to support responsible delivery, not remove accountability.
